Number one factor was the respect Robert showed my father, who is 91. It was difficult for dad to sell, as he had lived in his house for 65 years, but Robert made everything go through smoothly so it was a lot less stressful. Dimosons are very professional, ethical and present everything so beautifully. You are kept up to date with everything and never have to chase them up on any detail as they are always one step ahead of you.
