Holding Deposit Equivalent to one (1) weeks’ rent
Bond Equivalent to four (4) weeks’ rent
Rent In Advance Equivalent to one (1) weeks’ rent

Other Fees

Break Lease Fee In the event of breaking the Tenancy Agreement, the tenant will be responsible to pay rent until a new Lease Agreement is signed. The tenant will also be responsible for any charges incurred by the Landlord.

Landlord Compliance – Smoke Alarm & Blind Compliance $99.00 Per Annum
Landlord Compliance – Water Efficiency Devices Install & Compliance $77.00 Once Off

Please Note: If Landlord Compliance need to carry out any repairs/works it will incur an extra cost.
